The letter

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to tell you how to reduce and cope with stress. It may seem that there is nothing you can do about your stress. In reality you have much more control than you think. Managing stress depends on taking charge of your thoughts, your emotions and the way you deal with problems. You should make your life balanced, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun. To reduce your stress you can also try to meditate, to make dietary changes and to do exercises. You should also reward yourself for accomplishing things. Doing something healthy for yourself is the best way to start.
